Lakme Fashion Week Day 4: GenNext Steals The Show

It must say something about our ‘established’ couturiers that the fresh out of design school ‘GenNext’ designers had clothes that elicited more wows. And if it’s still not clear, that’s not meant in a good way. Day 4 of Lakme Fashion Week had the right buzz, with people milling around looking serious about fashion but unfortunately the shows were nothing to talk about.

The day started with ten new entrants called the GenNext by Lakme showing their collection where Anand Bhushan and Imchatsung Imchen stood out.

Slip Up Is No More A News At Lakme Fashion Week!

At the breathtaking sizzled up show at runway by Anupam Dayal, there was yet another gaffe as the poor model trip. Although, gracefully picking herself up, she even smiled at the end of the ramp. Kudos to the model! and Blame it all on dodgy Stilettos! Here are a few pictures for your perusal….

Day 2 and 3 of lakme fashion week was overshadowed by none other than Sonam Kapoor!
The vivacious actress walked the ramp in pristine white, for the Levi’s collection by Tarun Tahiliani on the day 2 of Lakme Fashion Week.
Whereas, day 3 was a dedication to guys! Digvijay Singh attributed contemporary and chic look for boys. Sundry men’s wear by Dev R NIL was also highly applauded.
