Not for nothing India is known as the land of unity in diversity. Indian fashion is one of the best examples of this ages old adage. Indian clothes are truly versatile. The credit must go to diverse culture and regional landscape of India. But the blending of India-ness can be truly seen in the clothes that we wear. For example, Salwar Kameez is basically a dress of Muslims and Punjabis but see how seamlessly it has integrated with other forms of clothing in the rest of India. What was used to be a dress of particular part of India can now be seen in other parts as well.

Variety has emerged as the key word. Shrinking geographical differences and tremendously enhanced communication has contributed in raising awareness of number of dresses. Now people don’t blink even once before trying a new cloth. More, the merrier has become the norm. Indian men and women have started to experiment with emerging trends in Indian clothing. Take for example, Sari and how it is being experimented with different sort of embroidery and designs.

Embellishments are being tried and accessories to being used to adorn the clothes. But the soul of the cloth remains Indian. Designers are attuned to fashion events and changes taking place in world and they don’t feel shy in attempting new designs. Most of the rural dresses have already traveled to modern parts of Indian and few even to abroad. Sari is not merely a traditional Indian dress rather it is a statement now. A little bit of imagination and few tweaks and things are looking entirely different. As the present is looking so exciting, future definitely holds lots of promises for Indian fashion.

Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan are back to being friends because of the recent multiplex-producers row, however most of the personal issues still need to be sorted out and thats the reason the duo are not meating each other at their own homes and rather their meeting point is a neutral Karan Johar’s place.

Aamir taking charge of the multiplex row, invited actors Saif, Salman, SRK, Akki and Hrithik to join him and only SRK was available to lend him his support.

A source says, “The principled man that he is, Aamir is reported to have told Shah Rukh that since they have a few unresolved personal issues, he would not go to Mannat. ‘And let’s not meet at my home, either, let’s meet on neutral ground,’ Aamir is said to have added. And that is why meetings were held at Karan Johar’s Union Park residence for two nights in a row.’’

“Shah Rukh was happy to let Aamir lead because he knew Aamir had already had a few meetings, and was more updated on the issue.”

“SRK, who is blessed with the gift of the gab, was truly a treat to hear.’’

“With Aamir around, I have to eat something extra sweet.’’ At which Aamir laughed. Next, when Aamir went to find a toilet and came back (thrice) complaining to Karan that all the toilets were occupied, Shah Rukh teased him saying, “Arre, what’s with you? Do you want to pee in every toilet in Karan’s house?’’

Then SRK asked for tips on how to quit smoking from Aamir, “How did you manage to give up,’’ he enquired from Aamir. “I’m trying real hard but I haven’t succeeded.’’

Mumbai: From the very day she entered Bollywood, Deepika Padukone has been associated with someone or the other. First, she helped to give the much needed hype and glamour touch to the IPL cricket league, when she was allegedly paired with both Mahengra Singh Dhoni and Yuvraj Singh and her relation with both the cricketing stars became the talk of the town. These are things of the past now. Currently people are speculating about Ranbir Deepika marriage.

And just before the release of Bachna E Haseeno, Deepika was also linked with her co-star in the film, Ranbir Kapoor. Though, initially many felt that the rumour of Deepika-Ranbir love affair was created and hyped both to help the Yashraj Banner and Ranbir Kapoor, as both needed a hit desperately, the closeness between the two made everyone believe that both were serious about each other and there was something between the two.

But, now it seems Deepika is going to get the taste of her own medicine. It may come as a surprise to everyone, including those in the gossip world, but putting all speculations to rest, Ranbir has now said that he has no plans to settle down in the near future.

When asked about this, Ranbir said, “Marriage! Come on. I don’t have any marriage plans in near future. Marriage is no where on my mind.”

He adds, “Right now I am only concerned about my career and with a few films of mine due to release in near future, I am quite satisfied with my life at present and don’t want to disturb it with marriage.”

Contrary to the rumours of a possible marital knot, gossip has it that Ranbir Kapoor is not planning about settling down with Deepika Padukone in near future.
